this stuff has helped me with circulation like woah

GNC used to sell tables called "Citrus Bioflavonoids Complex 1000" that really, really worked fast, but I've been told they were discontinued

but you can still get that from actual foodstuff

also, I'm truly unsure if this would help you, but eating food rich in potassium helps with cramps:

and supposedly helps lower blood pressure, so it might be worth looking into? (or maybe asking your doctor, at least?)
