Oh, this makes me cry. You deserve so much better than that. And better really is out there; my own dad was amazing.

As much as you possibly can, and as soon as you can, get away from him. I'm guessing you're too young to move out, but until that day comes, counteract the poison as much as you can. Spend as much time as you can with people who help you and build you up, who tell you the truth, that you're worth loving and you're going to have an amazing life.
