I can only handle it when any sex is negotiated before any participants are in heat or whatever so even if they lose their self-control during the act, it was still consensual sex between clear-headed individuals. In addition, pregnancy cannot be a given, as I am both too squicked by mpreg and bored by "let's give these chatacters a baby and they live hapilly ever after" to find it entertaining otherwise. I also think the idea of sex that you can't stop yourself from having that will invariably result in a baby freaks me the fuck out. There needs to be birth controll and the ability to say no or I want no part of it.
