I understand. I saw Serenity before I ever watched Firefly. I really like Serenity. Firefly, on the other hand, I find very difficult to sit through. I just don't care about what's going on.

This is pretty much me. I liked the movie, but the show...eh. It was okay, I guess. I usually like space-western stuff, too, so that wasn't it. The dialogue just felt kind of forced. In a 'look at me, I'm being witty!' way.
