Not every night, but I do have some recurring ones. My worst and most frequent nightmare is the one where I'm having really heavy menstrual bleeding and either I can't get to a bathroom, or I'm on the toilet and suddenly notice that people are watching me. Then there's the one where I'm on stage and forget my lines, and the one where I'm back at the school where I had nervous breakdowns almost every day, and the one where my high school counselor (who was kind of a self-righteous asshole) is touching me, and refuses to stop no matter how I ask because it's "just" my shoulder or something (any kind of touching is traumatic for me, especially by a male), and the one where...*rambles on and on*
