(in any case, I'm kinda hoping Moffat will do something small and silly in the vein of a Curse of Fatal Death redux, because I don't trust anyone to do a Big Damn Epic All-Encompassing Anniversary Spectacular that wouldn't feel either anticlimactic, incoherent, or leave half the viewership angered and dissatisfied)

Am I the only one who thinks the complete lack of consensus of Who fandom is totally hilarious and entertaining? I mean, you can come up with X - X being anything about the show whatsoever, from characters to episodes to set designs to villains to scenes to individual lines, - and find people claiming X is The Greatest Thing In History and people claiming that X Was A Horrible Travesty That Will Kill The Show and people claiming that X Was Just A Random Thing Why Does Anyone Give a Rat's Ass? It's glorious.
