I'm losing hope, too. I know John Simm is telling the truth about coming back as The Master because he will be in Cape Town, South Africa filming something else :(

Filming what? He might just be saying that as part of the cover up.

He's not the one actually saying it, one of his Mad Dogs costars was the one who leaked that the show was renewed and they'll be filming in SA again. The Sky 1 website also has a section full of press releases (something to do with signing up advertisers) and it still has him listed as part of the cast for series 4 to be aired in 2014.

That doesn't mean they'll be filming that at the same time as Who, though.

They're filming the 50th anniversary special beginning in April and that does conflict with John Simm being in SA filming MD.
