Re: Nightmares

I haven't had a nightmare in...years. I barely ever get them. All my dreams are highly surreal and either neutral or positive and tend to involve lots and lots of standing around talking. :( I'm sorry? I can't imagine what it's like to have nightmares or bad dreams every night, I think it would make me not want to sleep.

I do remember, however, that for a period of a few months a couple years ago, I had a recurring dream almost every night that I was on an operating table in a chaotic ER and the doctor kept asking me to say something if I could hear him, and I could hear him just fine but I couldn't open my mouth or nod or make any noise or indicate that I could hear him. They weren't really nightmares, because for some reason they didn't scare me, they just made me incredibly frustrated, but they were definitely tied to my RL experiences during that period.
