He's the reason I originally wanted to watch the movie at all. I read the book and quite liked it, but the only reason I bothered was because OMG Woody Harrelson. He's one of my favorite actors.

I really liked Katniss/Cinna, but the actors' relationship irl makes me feel awkward about it. He's her friend's dad. That's... too American Beauty for me.

As for Seneca/Haymitch... not my cup of tea. but I'd ship myself with Seneca. Somehow the beard only makes him hotter to me.

Movie!Seneca was much more interesting than Book!Seneca. I don't even remember what he did in the book, but he was pretty cool in the movie.
