Will anyone here be watching the Golden Globes this Sunday, or is F!S legitimately filled with people who think award shows are beneath them (& I kind of wouldn't blame you for this viewpoint when your faves don't win or aren't nominated SERIOUSLY GUYS PARANORMAN WASN'T NOMINATED -)

Comment started off nice and my personal feelings got involved, I apologize.

Nope, but I'll be watching People's Choice tonight.

I generally don't watch any awards shows even if my faves are nominated, mostly because the format kind of bores me and I hate waiting through all the extraneous stuff. I do always check out the results and usually find them interesting, though (even if I don't agree with the winners), and I watch the clips with particular people that I like online.

... and you just reminded me I still need to see Paranorman. So behind!

It's on at like, 2am here and I have class the next day at 10am, but I'll see what I can do :(
I'm a sucker for award shows. And Eurovision.

I won't watch the ceremony, but I'll check out the awards after they're announced. I usually check them out to see what movies I should watch or that I think I missed over the year and the big category for me is the Foreign Language film. I always check that one out and then try to catch at least one of the nominees.

Not sure. Sometimes I like award shows, and other times I about fall asleep from boredom. Guess it really depends on my mood that day and if I've been distracted by something else.
