I don't know much about elemental characters outside of ATLA, but if this stereotype is true, I'm definitely ALL for breaking it!

IMO, the idea that emotional women are unbalanced or unreliable is just kinda bizarre to me. Emotions are not incompatible with logic, and just because women tend to show them more openly doesn't mean their emotions consume them more than men.
