They're republishing the series, both as a regular book and as a graphic novel with art by Raina Telgemeier (who's been writing some real popular YA graphic novels lately). So maybe it's rekindling the fandom? Or maybe a new generation of readers are discovering the books and developing a fandom? Just thoughts.
