what tumblr post, what is going on here

there was a secret, the post before this one, I think?, complaining about tumblr being difficult to get

some people agreed, others disagreed, all to varying degrees of politeness

one such point of discussion was that it's difficult to hold proper discussions on tumblr, as opposed to a site like livejournal or dreamwidth

otakugal then jumped in (not in the same subthread, but below it) and was all like "no, tumblr is super easy, you are dumb, etc."

people pointed out that tumblr works for some things, but not for discussions

otakugal then backpedaled and was all like "well, then use im or whatever"

and then the whole thing devolved into petty insults "you are too stuck up to get tumblr, we don't want you there anyway" "no, tumblr users are idiots with short attention spans" etc.

otakugal being typical I-don't-care-about-this-topic-let-me-reply-to-nearly-every-comment-to-show-just-how-much-I-don't-care-and-how-much-of-an-idiot-you-are-for-replying-even-though-I-do-the-same-thing-also-manners-are-for-dweebs-tee-hee!otakugal, kept fanning the flames
