Uh, yeah. A decent amount of people, judging by responses I've seen to the news of the new Riddick movie. Typical thread on Fark, for example, has the "Riddick wasn't so bad," "Riddick was a decent Conan-in-space sci-fantasy," and "Watch the director's cut. It's so much better" commenters in decent quantity. Not too many "That movie totally sucked and had no redeeming features" types.

I fucking love that he, she, Thandie Newton Karl Urban are all Secret Nerds and started up a D&D faction so they could play between takes.

I always cry when I watch this movie.

I think this is one of the very few animation that I cry to every time. That picture scene...

I'm in the minority of people who didn't give a shit for most of the movie and that scene STILL got me right in the goddamn feels, HARD.

This whole fucking movie was so wonderfully done
