Traitor's Moon, the 3rd book of the Nightrunner series by Lynn Flewelling.

I liked it, but compared to Stalking Darkness, the 2nd book, it was very slow - basically, ~600 pages of politics and Seregil angst, with a bit of a mystery thrown in. Some of the twists were less predictable than those in earlier books, though, and the established romance was sweet. Beka and Nyal were cute, too. :)

Before that, I read Divergent. I did not like that one AT ALL.
