I also find that half of the time the stuff like that that people reblog isn't even accurate. I've seen so many posts that all you have to do is google that shit and see that it's either from a satirical news site or snopes will have an article about how it's a story that's been going around since 2001. The inability to fact check things is one of my biggest peeves with Tumblr, honestly.

I totally get you on feeling burn out, though. That kind of stuff I typically post about on twitter, where I can discuss it with friends. I don't really feel the need to do so on Tumblr. Tumblr I just want to look at pretty pictures.
