It's basically a case of mutual dub-con here between them. They've both got shady pasts, ulterior motives, and their own agendas going.

I'd say the editing is ambiguous enough that it can go either way. You can say Bond is kind of making true consent very difficult for her, or that she's just seducing him for her own ends. Or it's two people who kind of know things are going to go hell in a handbasket soon, and they can at least take comfort in each other for one night in case they don't make it out alive the next day.

It's still skeevy, but it's skeevy from every angle, not just one.

Well, look at it like this; remember in Quantum of Solace when Bond asks if Camille had been sleeping with the villain to get close to the Dictator guy? She asks if he finds it offensive, and he smiles and dismisses it summarily with a "not in the slightest".

The thing is, that sex doesn't have to be this huge, traumatic or dramatic issue. For Bond, certainly, it's usually just a pastime. My impression is that he sleeps with women with the same view of things (well, Craig!Bond, that is).

I think the key here is that she tries to give him the option to turn back the morning after. It was impossible, but she did have the impulse.
