Well, look at it like this; remember in Quantum of Solace when Bond asks if Camille had been sleeping with the villain to get close to the Dictator guy? She asks if he finds it offensive, and he smiles and dismisses it summarily with a "not in the slightest".

The thing is, that sex doesn't have to be this huge, traumatic or dramatic issue. For Bond, certainly, it's usually just a pastime. My impression is that he sleeps with women with the same view of things (well, Craig!Bond, that is).

I think the key here is that she tries to give him the option to turn back the morning after. It was impossible, but she did have the impulse.
