Notes:

Sorry, early today!

Also: I'm not going to officially warn for tongue-in-cheek "triggers" just to provide anyone with a fandom-specific in-joke when there are none in the secret.

Okay. You relate to dorky, nerdy, or otherwise 'weird' female characters. Why is this a secret?

Actually, it's more like OP relates to desperate, socially awkward losers whom everyone hates.

I'm sorry, you're talking but all I can hear is craaaawling in my skiiiiiiin...

THESE WOUNDS THEY WILL NOT HEEEEEEEEEEEAAAALLLLL

[personal profile] fingalsanteater 2013-01-12 08:22 pm (UTC)(link)
Sorry, but that's the character type OP is referring to. Don't quote stupid Linkin Park lyrics at the messenger.

Hi OP

Sorry nobody is patting your ass for having feelings the way you wanted us to.

Not the OP, but thanks for playing. No consultation prize this time, unfortunetly.

Sorry you misinterpreted the character type OP was referring to? The only reason I knew exactly what the OP was referring to is because I liked Bedazzled when I was younger and I always found Brendan Fraiser's character really, really sad.

DA

Yeah, the only reason I got it was because of the All About Steve pic. Because Sandra Bullock in that movie was crazy and not in the cute quirky way.

But, how can anyone hate the 'Greek Wedding' person? She's awesome!! And Toni Collette's character, also awesome! And hey, Charlie Brown! Kid of my childhood!!

And who couldn't love poor, misunderstood, homicidal Carrie?

I think you are just *projecting* your own feeeeeeeeeels. Project, project, project.

*I have no clue about the others, haven't actually heard of most of them.*

(Anonymous) 2013-01-12 10:59 pm (UTC)(link)
What is the point of your comment? To make OP feel like shit for being socially awkward? I mean, what the fuck is the point of that? Do you realize that people like us already hear that kind of thing from everyone and we don't need you to make us feel worse? That you're heaping more hate on for no reason?

I know my comment is going to get mocked to hell and back, but I just don't even care. Didn't expect to find people like this here. I'm done with F!S, too many people like you spoiling it. So. Fucking. Done.

Aww, did strangers on the Internet not validate your pwescious fee fees? There there, have a cookie - oh and get a fucking helmet cause people suck and they don't owe it to you to make you feel better. Sorry.

(Anonymous) 2013-01-13 08:13 pm (UTC)(link)
Anyone using the word "fee fees" (with any spelling) has just admitted to being all out of actual arguments as well as being an asshole. Congratulations, you lose.

(Anonymous) 2013-01-12 08:33 pm (UTC)(link)
It looks like that, but if you've seen some of those movies...it's a bit more like the really socially awkward losers. Not even the lovable ones. Just the really weird awful ones that make you cringe.

Sorry OP. That kinda sucks.

3 of those characters - Charlie Brown (It's the Great Pumpkin), Paul Tannek (Loser), and Elliot Richards (Bedazzled)- are male, FTR.

(I had to look up the names of the characters from Loser and Bedazzled, as I've seen neither of them, but I recognized Jason Biggs and Brendan Fraser.)
