Since when does a fandom have to have an entire world participtating in it to be recognized as a fandom?

There are more obscure fandoms, lesser known fandoms, but they are there, and they deserve just as much representation here as any others do. Maybe the OP posted this so others who know the fandoms and movies can see it.

I've seen crazy dog movie people all over DeviantArt before, but I've never seen one try to act like their dog movies are a big deal to anybody outside the group before.
