Today was the final inspection for two apartments that we've been working since last April to bring into compliance with the current rental housing code. The inspector found no issues and the letter of compliance will be on its way soon.

Now if I could just get the tenants to stop using the roof as a dump... I'd like to make it nice, with a little garden up there; maybe then people would put trash in the dumpster instead of just dropping it wherever.
