There was stuff I was gonna do, but I woke up and it was snowing. Not only do I not have footwear for walking through snow (Vancouver), but it feels like the entire area shuts down when there's snow (Vancouver).

On the bright side, snow!

Ah, west coast.

Being from Winnipeg originally it was particularly amusing to me to see the Vancouver version of snowplows one year--which appeared to basically be pick-ups with large snow shovels duct taped to the front. I nearly died laughing.

IKR? From ON originally, and I couldn't believe people were walking around with umbrellas when it was snowing. IT'S SNOW you won't get wet I promise LOL.

I was seriously the only kid in my class who owned a pair of snowpants the year we moved out there.

I live in Norway and I use an umbrella when it snows! You might not get wet outside, but you get snow on you, so when you walk inside your coat gets wet when the snow melts...
