LOOOONG Plotty case fics where everyone does their job awesomely with no (or at least minimal) interpersonal conflicts between canon characters or over the top angst. (basically what you'd get in an a good episode of a police procedural).

Do you like relationship in those things at all, though? If they're cloudless and happy?

If they're in the background and not interfering with the overall plot... I want to read about the case and people being awesome. Not character's love lives/family life - I couldn't care less about that.

That's... cool. I don't think I've encountered a person with this kind of taste previously. Any recs?

Admittedly it's rather hard to find fic that fits my tastes - which is why I don't read a lot of fic these days - especially when the canon I'm watching hits all the points I love the most. For example the show Flashpoint was just about perfect (if I totally ignore various relationship drama that came up on occasion - which was actually pretty easy because it didn't interfere with them doing their jobs, well mostly). I haven't bothered reading the fic for that show at all.
