Yep, down Cardiff bay where the show was filmed. The council was forced to put up a sign telling people it was for a fictional character to stop passer's by worrying.

iirc a group also made an award and gave that to the council as thanks for looking after the shrine.

They were actually threatening to firebomb the writer's house. Coffee boy bitches be crazy.

Is that actually true? I get the feeling the charge of death threats was blown way out of proportion.

Yeah I'm with the person above, IIRC it was a young person, not even 16, who had posted in her teenage angst that she wanted to kill RTD. Then when all the shit went down about how there was a death threat, she apologised and said she'd just been really upset.

The backlash against the fans who were upset was pretty mean and vile IMO.
