Maybe the sister rants on and on about how much Hufflepuff people are "oppressed" or some bullshit like that and the boyfriend eventually said "well Hufflepuff IS worthless! SO THERE" because he couldn't deal with it anymore and then he was totally relieved when she broke up with him. And in the months to comes he hooks up with and starts dating a Slytherin LOLOLOL

This is a total tangent, but, speaking from personal experience, I lose a ton of respect for people who want out of a relationship but are two cowardly or lazy to end it themselves.
