Re: Shows/movies/books that you'd love to watch/read BUT...

I have a really hard time with TV, would you believe? I can sometimes persuade my brain to sit through a movie, but the way my attention works just does not lend itself to even contemplating sitting through several years-worth of a TV canon. I'm sure there's a lot of things I'd really enjoy otherwise; The Wire is the one that most comes to mind.

re. Homestuck - as it's a mock-adventure-game the 'target audience' was originally tech-savvy people aged about 30-ish who remember adventure games from their childhoods. I sometimes find the mixedness of its medium stalls me - like, I've got behind again because I got to one of the game segments and I keep not wanting to play a lengthy flash game but I also don't want to skip ahead :/
