I don't call it desu noto, but I get mad at people who assume everyone in the world is from the USA. \o/

Too bad the maker of that secret is non-usa and knows perfectly well not everyone is from the USA but the sentence would have gotten way long if she had to specify like that and it was mostly directed at people from the USA anyway.
