My dog mihgt have dysplasia :(

We noticed our dog, Kraken, always sits funny, sort of like a frog and always on that side. Isn't really too much of a red flag, some dogs have lazy sits. He also does the 'swaying walk', but we didn't really notice it all that much.

But the past 3-4 days we have noticed that when Kraken gets up from laying down he limps for a bit (it went away after he walked for a bit), but today it has gotten worse. He hasn't shown any signs of pain (I rotated his hip and squeezed up and down his leg).

So we are going to be scheduling him a vet visit Monday (since he doesn't seem to be in pain, so no emergency visit). Hopefully it isn't something too bad.

Thank you :D He isn't in pain right now so it isn't too bad but it is horrible watching him limp around.

I know it sucks. :/ Even if the problem isn't a serious one, your dog obviously means a lot to you and that can cause a lot of worry. It's a perfectly understandable reaction. At least you're doing the right thing and having him checked out!

I wish it's nothing, or something easily fixable.
