Well, to be fair, an awful lot of pedophilic drawn pornography seems to originate there. It's just an industry. The United States exports a lot of pharmaceuticals, but not because America has a huge problem with prescription drug addicts.

As in they have an issue with men waiting outside schools for young female students, and have a large industry for such things.

Actually, when you have a culture that encourages that sort of behavior, you get more of it. Same with Dancing Boys in the middle east.

I don't know what the situation is in Japan, but -- consider ancient Greece. When something is considered normal, you will get people doing it who wouldn't otherwise do it.
