You can do it at any pace you want! I know plenty of people who walk the missions, and there are also people who go biking, or roller blade, instead of running. It's pretty open!

Ooh that makes me happy! I've long loved the idea of this app but I have similar problems to the person you replied to. I'm trying to build up my walking though, so this is quite exciting to know!
