You can do whatever you want! I usually listen to it when walking the dog. The only thing that might require you to run is if you enable zombie chases, where you have to increase to like 20% of your previous speed in order to evade them. This is not a function I would use in the winter, what with icy sidewalks and all, unless you live in an area where it doesn't get snowy.

...actually, one time I forgot to turn the app off before I began driving immediately after a dog walk. Yeaaaaaaaah.

Haha, I might not enable the chases then, as interesting as that sounds. It might look odd to have 'zombie induced asthma attack' on my death certificate or something. XD
