I was commenting on general; I haven't actually seen this show

without seeing the show and how they handled the character, I can still say that it depends on how they handle the character, a character like that doesn't necessarily have to be titillating

although there is also the very valid point that each show doesn't exist in a vacuum, if they are part of bigger trends, where other shows do handle characters creepily, it can get very irritating very quick
