Peplum, sleeves on formal gowns and some hats are back so i'm not too fussed anymore. I'd like to have ornamental headdresses come back a bit more though. I'm not talking about princess-type tiaras... I want them to be statement pieces. Stylish headgear is my thing.

I'd also like for that 40s-50's Dior Silhouette to come back. You know, the ones with the full, full skirt up to your knee- mid thigh? The shoes from that era were wonderful too. They were beautifully designed for the most part, but sensible, not sky high.

I think sleeves on formal gowns are extremely elegant. I also like sleeveless gowns worn with really long formal gloves.
