This seems really stupid but I get self conscious even using a sock. I can make a new account separated for my main one, but still I'll read a thousand times everything and worry about how I'm coming across.

I need to use a sock in some LJ comms (askmeanything, thequestionclub, vaginapagina) that don't allow anons and I don't post as much as I would if I could be totally anon :/

Even if it's stupid, you're not alone. I get self-conscious even being anon. communication through text feels so imprecise :\
