I basically had to go "fuck it, let me grab the first three that come to mind which I can't do without" for Classic Who. THERE'S TWENTY-SIX SEASONS, MAN.

is that the Christmas one where Toby gives the homeless vet his coat?

Yes, that's the one you're thinking of, although it was giving him a proper veteran's funeral and the coat a coincidence as it was one Toby donated to Goodwill :) It's the only episode I completely broke down sobbing at, and just...TOBY.
