I've signed up for four evening dance classes this semester, divided on two nights/week. And I love it so much I can't shut up about it. MTV, pole, show and chair. Bestand most fun form of excersice I've tried yet. Movement to music is great, poledance build strenght and at the end of every semester, there is a show on where we perform what we've been taught. ( Horseback riding is fun, too, but not as social for me.)

So f!s, how do you excersice/train and what do you love about it?

ugh, I don't do nearly enough. I do dance classes as well. Ballet, mostly, with a bit of musical theatre jazz thrown in there. Ballet I love to pieces, I've been doing it for so long, it's the one kind of physical exerise that I feel confident doing, even if I can't get some stuff quite right. For me it's good to build up the strength and flexibility I've lost from not doing it. Musical theatre is just fun, because I generally do it at a slightly easier technical level, and just do it for the cardio. So I get to do all the musicality and sensuality stuff in there :)

I've been getting back into exercise since the new year. Mostly I've been running, but the best investment I've ever made health-wise was picking up a metal DDR pad. It was raining last night, so I didn't want to go running, but instead I played DDR for over an hour (of song time, so probably about an hour and a half total.) Plus when I only have 20 minutes or something, it's a lot easier to convince myself to play a few rounds of DDR than to go run for 10 minutes.

Also I surf, but I haven't been out in several months due to a combination of weekends getting booked with travel, the water being fucking cold in winter, and it raining on Fridays, which makes going in the ocean on the weekend a good way to get sick from runoff. But when I do get out, it's really fun.
