Yup.

You are American? Then you don't pay it. It is a yearly fee we pay to cover the State Television and Radio channels... (SNES is awesome! I got Super Mario 3 on it!)

Ooh, yep, that's exactly it. Like anyone needs more fees... (Super Mario is the bomb, yo! I say this in a totally non-ironic way.)

(Haha, sorry about that! If you ever run into that issue again you'll probably realize the mistake; I don't really update my journal, and she must. Our names both start with e too, so I guess that doesn't exactly help.)

Dude! We got three television channels that show programs that aren't only dictated by popularity and also I can't stress this enough: NO COMERCIAL BREAKS! (You better, or this new shiny friendship would sink)

(I did realize I clicked the wrong user, the userpic was the problem. Also I think you have more on your journal than s/he does though)

Yup, only breaks there is is between programs and then it is just commercials on upcoming shows. Well we aren't alone, quite a few European countries have the same, like the one all other public channels are based on: BBC

But the one I am talking about right now is NRK (Norwegian Brodcasting Company)
