Sexy Accents

I have a question for you all! I know that a lot of Americans find accents attractive, especially if English isn't the persons first language. So, my question is, do people from other countries find our accent (generally speaking) attractive? For example, when an American is speaking French, do France/Paris natives find that alluring at all? It's hard to gain perspective on this. Help!

depends on how fluent they are

depends on the voice of that particular person

depends on whether i can understand what they are saying (the more i can understand = less sexy)

It depends. I like how Neil Patrick Harris sounds in French, but I'm not so impressed with French-sounding garble. It depends on the voice as well. I do find it rather cute, though, whenever I hear a first-language-English-person speak another language, I don't know why.

(France-native, not Paris. Not that there's much of a difference, since most people living in Paris weren't born there)

I have trouble understanding you if your Norwegian isn't fluent enough... So no Norwegian spoken with an foreign accent is out, also people who have English as a first language and then learn Norwegian can't pronounce all the sounds right.

Oddly enough, can understand broken English without any problems.
