DA perspective on item five - the way I remember from TLM, and the way you two have described it, I would say point goes to Ariel. No, she didn't read the contract or make the intuitive leap that the price Ursula is extracting might not just be from her. That makes her naive and shortsighted.

Watching someone you love unmistakably suffer right in front of you, and asking how it might benefit you instead of expressing any concern? Not really an apt comparison.
