I don't get this secret. I might be what you call a SJW, I watched the movie and it was okay - not bad, but I wouldn't watch it again. The only thing that actually bothered me was that the "average" woman, the prostitute, seemed so much dumber than the guy and... did she really have to be a prostitute?

(But maybe I'm just a bad, bad SJW because sometimes it feels like the movie has a point.)

I always thought it was just that... well, she was a prostitute and thus may not have had the best of educations, or fallen into playing stupid as some kind of defense against her blatantly abusive pimp.

IMHO Rita seemed like the smartest one in the movie. She didn't have the some of the book knowledge like Joe did, but she definitely had a lot more street smarts. Not to mention she was the one who ultimately came up with the plan to get everyone to realize that the crops were growing again.
