I don't really get furry hate, because the perception of all furries as weird or perverse seems like yet another case of a very vocal, extreme minority drowning out otherwise reasonable members of a community. I was under the impression that only a small percentage of furry "fandom" actually carries the sexual aspect over into real life.

Aside from 'suiters, it's kind of impossible to bring it over into real life, and since very few 'suiters have sex in their 'suits (because 'very hot, very expensive pile of hard to clean materials' is not something you want to be having sex in)....

This, and not all furries (from my understanding at least) are even into it sexually to begin with. Some just really like drawing/talking about/etc. anthropormorphic characters.
