I watched a marathon on TV a few months ago because it looked interesting and really disturbed afterwards. I wouldn't voluntarily watch it again. YANA.

I have actually vomited from something I saw on the screen once (the woman who kept Ryan Cortland's corpse in her basement). That's the only time it's happened.

The episode with the tornado got to me. (IIRC, that was the same season where another episode had a content warning, and I sort-of wondered why that one didn't, too.)

CM gets too intense and depressing to me to watch every week too. :( It gives me the shivers.
