No. I promise you all (and I know there's no real way to verify) but I find nothing sadder then the person who bumps or sockpuppets for themselves.

I do go anon sometimes, but never to respond to myself or to back myself up. I find that the lamest of the lame. If I do that, I've lost on an ideological level.

I have to say, though, I'm bemused when someone accuses me of doing that. idk I guess it makes me feel kind of accomplished - like "they were angry enough/paying enough attention to accuse me of sockpuppeting!"

Oh, and just for completeness, I also don't go anon to NOT agree. self-Strawmans are probably even worse then sock puppet support.

And yeah, a few times. I think me and chard were accused of being the same person once even (maybe cause somebody doesn't believe either of us could find love?)
