same, op. i stopped caring about shipping when i started liking real life people. i think that's a pretty healthy progression, don't stress it!

being happy about seeing other people in love isn't unhealthy

it can be taken to unhealthy extensions, just like anything, but shipping itself isn't inherently bad, like most any aspect of fandom.

OP is apparently young and has found their first boyfriend. The shine will fall off that gem soon enough and they'll be back if fandom was ever something they identified with in a deeper level. Given that plenty of people in fandom are in happy, healthy relationships AND ship and write meta and fic and draw fanart for the couples they love, I don't see how being in a RL relationship and enjoying fictional ones are mutually exclusive.
