The first Infamous is old enough now that you can probably buy it dirt cheap, same with Demon's Souls.

Metro 2033 is wonderful, especially if you like relatively punishing FPS horror games that don't try to handhold you. The sequel (Metro Last Light) is set to come out in the next couple of months.

I still intend to buy the Infamous collection eventually. I haven't had the chance to buy any new games since christmas though since I'm currently living paycheck to paycheck right now.

I'm not a huge fan of FP games, the only ones I've managed to get through are the ones I own. I'm willing to try it though if you'd think someone who normally doesn't play FPS would enjoy it.

It's more of a horror game than your traditional FPS. There's a lot of lurking and creeping and taking out people from a distance. If you like horror it's a must-buy, if not, I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't mind horror as long as it isn't full of things chasing you and no way to kill them, like Amnesia or Slender.
Though I do like the idea of sneaking up on things.
