I can't for my life remember where I read it, but there is one. Or at least there were some official statements regaring the "release date" for each video game the characters were from, which someone put together to get a timeline. I didn't pay much attention, but I'm sure there was a several years gap between Turbo going, well, Turbo, and Sugar Rush being plugged in.
