Well that's good, although the fact that he even went on a date with her (that did happen, didn't it? I SWEAR I SAW IT) is still gross.

You can sexually assault someone without actually having sex?

So if Bob pretends to be his brother Joe (that's is the closet real-life comparison) and kisses Joe's wife, that's sexual assault?

If Joe's wife doesn't know it's Joe, then yes I'd argue that yes it certainly is.

You don't remember the Glee uproar over one person kissing someone else without their permission and people were screaming assault? Kissing counts. I mean I'd call it the jaywalking of the assault family but it gets the X-mas newsletter.

Okay, see, I kind of understand you, but I think you're being too harsh.

Yes, they went on a couple of dates, where MJ didn't know it wasn't Peter, but the farthest they went was a kiss on the cheek.

Yes, it was a class-A asshole move, but assault? I don't think so.

If I'd set up a date with a guy I've never seen before and he sent his brother, and all we did was talk, eat and then I gave him a kiss on the cheek- yes, I'd be upset if I'd find out about it, but I wouldn't think he assaulted me, just played a really mean trick, maybe.

At first glance I thought that had to be Deadpool because LOL, he would. I really do need to go catch up on this.

I'm not impressed because "I beat up Wolverine!" is really, really done. Read the top quote from The Worf Effect on TVTropes.

It's not a question of being impressed. It's that Wolverine is such an asshole it's cathartic seeing someone beat the crap out of him.

But it happens all the time. My point is that I don't see how it's cathartic for it to happen when it happens every other issue.
