(Anonymous) 2013-02-02 09:17 pm (UTC)(link)Do you reply to the fic that is written for your prompts in a timely fashion? That way the author knows you are there reading it? If your answer is yes, congrats you are making them happier then around 40% of prompters I'd say. (Disclaimer: Absentee prompters can be higher or lower depending on kinkmeme. This is what I've personally seen on some kinkmemes.)
Seriously when I was on kinkmemes one of the largest complaints by authors was the requester never replied. The second was they weren't getting enough reviews, but that's a whole other kettle of fish.
So review the things you read and reply to your prompts when they are filled. Best thing you can do really.
