Moisturizing gloves?

I have to wear gloves for my job, but normal rubber/latex ones always leave my hands feeling dry (a sensation I absolutely hate). Is there such a thing as gloves that moisturize?

There are a couple types that I know of. There are plain, thin cotton ones that you can wear under the latex gloves. I'd suggest putting lotion on first. The other kind I know of aloe gloves. The ones I've ever seen are bulky and fuzzy, and they're meant for wearing while you sleep. I have a pair and I the few times I wore them I woke up halfway through the night because my hands were hot and dry. I've gone back to the cotton gloves both at night and sometimes during the day and I like those a lot better.
