Odd you didn't find it on Google, I found it pretty quickly.

It's a pair of siblings born within 12 months, or a calendar year of each other. In other words really close together.

I saw someone on either the kink meme or on AO3 say the same thing of Fíli and Kíli, since dwarves usually have 10 to 15 years between children and they're only 5 years apart.
